Perform general maintenance to apartments Responsible for preparing turn over apartments Plumbing, heating and cooling experience preferred but not necessary Alternating on-call schedule with additional pay Ability to communicate with tenants, co-workers and supervisor Must have a clean driver's license and live within a 10 mile radius Job Type:
